Sunglasses
Sunglasses are an essential part of summer, but it's worth keeping a few simple rules of etiquette in mind.
When greeting someone or having a conversation, it's good manners to take off your sunglasses, especially if the other person isn't wearing any. Eye contact builds trust, shows respect, and makes communication more genuine.
It's also advisable to remove your sunglasses when entering indoor spaces. Although they may be a stylish accessory, wearing them indoors can sometimes create a sense of distance or suggest a lack of interest in the person you're speaking with.
Good manners are often found in the smallest gestures. Taking off your sunglasses at the right moment is one of them.
“Good manners begin with noticing others.”
